Mirket RDP Agent
The Mirket RDP setup file must be installed on the servers where multi-factor authentication in remote desktop connections is desired, and the necessary configuration settings must be defined within the agent.
You can download RDP agent link below.

Note: There is a different installation for the RDP agent for each server version. The operating systems supported by the RDP agent are Windows 2012 R2, 2016, 2019 and 2022.

Just me: Only the installing user can use the program.
Everyone: All users can use the program.
After completing the installation of the Mirket RDP agent, we proceed to install and run the service by executing MirketConfigurator.exe located in the C:\Program Files\Mirket Rdp Agent directory as an administrator.

Under the Hosts section, you can add the IP address or DNS name of the Mirket server or servers that the Mirket RDP service will access. The traffic between the Mirket RDP service and the Mirket server is transmitted in an encrypted form using the SHA-256 AND SSL algorithm.

Agent is reaching Mirket, and the RDP status is open.
Agent is reaching Mirket, but the RDP status is closed.
The agent can’t reach Mirket.
In case there is an issue with the access of the Mirket RDP Agent service installed on the server to the main Mirket platform during the specified host timeout time period, the disaster scenario comes into play. The disaster scenario is selected as 'Allow' by default. If the administrator wishes, they can change this option to 'Reject'. When the 'Allow' option is selected, upon a successful connection with the correct username and password, secondary authentication is bypassed, granting access to the server.
