In authentication logs , "provider not found" exist.
This log happend because of there is connection issue with mirket server and https://mobile.mirketsecurity.com .
To solve issue
Step 1 :
Make sure Mirket is be able to access mobile.mirketsecurity.com via HTTPS service. You can try to reach https://mobile.mirketsecurity.com via browser
from the server where Mirket is installed . You should be able to see NGINX page.
Step 2 :
If you are using SSL decryption in your firewall, make sure that Mirket's access to mobile.mirketsecurity.com via https is excluded from SSL decryption.
Verify the solution
You can send test (user -> action ) Mirket OTP or Approve/Deny notificaiton to see if issue solved.
