SMS not sent to the phone number

It is an issue when users who use SMS as the authentication method do not receive the SMS message containing the verification code for the second authentication, even after entering their credentials correctly. This problem is entirely caused by the SMS provider chosen by the user. To resolve this issue, users should contact their SMS provider.
