Mirket Mobile App

You can download Mirket's Mobile Application from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

In Mirket settings, you can choose different providers for second verification:

• Mirket OTP: Verifies using a one-time password sent to the Mirket Mobile application.

• Mirket Token: Verifies using a token that changes every 30 seconds on the Mirket Mobile application.

• Approve/Deny: Requests the user's approval through notifications sent to the Mirket Mobile application.

How to Register a User on Mirket Mobile?

There are two ways to register on Mirket Mobile: 1. Using a Mobile Phone: Open the user verification email on your mobile device. Click the link in the email to access the verification page, then tap the Activate button. This will launch the Mirket Mobile app and complete the registration process. 2. Using a Computer: Open the user verification email on your computer and follow the link to the verification page. A QR code will be displayed. Open the Mirket Mobile app on your phone and scan the QR code. The registration process will then be completed successfully.

How to Scan QR Code on Mirket Mobile Application?

To scan the QR code generated for the user, open the Mirket Mobile app. Tap the QR code icon at the bottom right of the screen and use the scanning screen to scan the generated QR code. Once scanned, a unique code that changes every 30 seconds will appear on the screen, specific to the user. Also, you can edit or delete the user's QR Code.

How to Export and Import QR Codes on Mirket Mobile Application?

To export your QR codes, first open the Mirket Mobile Application. Tap the QR code icon at the bottom right of the screen, then open the menu in the top-left corner of the screen and tap the Export Codes option. This will generate a QR code containing all your QR codes stored in the Mirket Mobile App. You can consider this QR code as a backup. Take a screenshot of the QR code. If you scan this QR code on another device, all your QR codes will be imported to that device.

How to activate Biometric Authentication on Mirket Mobile Application?

You can enable biometric authentication for your Mirket Mobile application. Note: This authentication method applies only to the Mirket Mobile Application and is not used for RADIUS authentication.

To enable it, open the Mirket Mobile application, tap the menu in the top-left corner, and tap the "Device" option. Then toggle on the "Biometric Usage Active" option to activate biometric authentication.
