Dashboard

Dashboard is divided into five main sections: General, Licence, Portal, Authentication Status and Top User Charts. Below are the descriptions of these sections:

General In the General section, you can view the following information:

Company Name: Displays the company name. Account Type: Displays the type of account. Remote Support: Shows the status of the remote support. Version: Indicates the version of Mirket being used. Time Zone: Shows the time zone in use.

License In the Licence section, you can view the following information: Licence Status: Shows the status of the license. Licence Count: Shows the total number of licenses. Licence Usage: Shows the number of licenses currently in use. Licence Expire Date: Shows the expiration date of the licence.

Portal In the Portal section, you can view the following information: Admins: Shows the number of Admin accounts. Online / Total Gateway: Displays the number of gateways and the number of currently active gateways. Pending Status: Shows the number of user mobile tokens in the “Pending” status. Users: Displays the total number of users. Groups: Displays the total number of groups.

In the Authentication Status section you can view the following information: This section contains a graph that shows the number of successful and failed login attempts over the last week.

In the Top User Charts section you can view the following information: In this section, you can view the names, number of attempts and status of users who log in successfully or failed daily. You can also specify the login type.
