LDAP Users
LDAP users are pulled from external sources. Users retrieved from external sources are displayed on this page. (refer to the External Sources.)
You can access this page from the Configuration > Users tab. In this list, you can view the Username, Display Name, Membership, and Token values of each LDAP user.

You can review, edit, send verification mail, and delete(only passive LDAP users) the LDAP user from the menu on the right side of the LDAP user. Also, you can search and filter LDAP users, refresh and export the user list on the Users page.
To edit an LDAP user, click the Edit option from the menu on the right side of the user. This will redirect you to the Edit page. The Edit page has the following three main sections:
Overview: Displays detailed information about the LDAP user, but does not allow editing in this field.

Member of Groups: You can add or remove LDAP users from the group/groups.

Monitor: You can view an LDAP user's RADIUS, Proxy, and OWA logs from the past hour.
On the Edit page, you can send verification and TOTP emails, lock/unlock the LDAP user, or delete only passive LDAP users via the Actions button on the top-right corner.
Also, you can test the multifactor authentication method you prefer from the user menu on the Users page or with the Actions button on the Edit page.
SMS / Mirket OTP / Approve/Deny: These methods allow you to test multifactor authentication for the selected user. Note: Remember, this is just a test phase.
QR Code: A TOTP mail is sent to the user. The user clicks the link in the mail to access the QR code page. Scanning this QR code with Mirket Authenticator generates a code that changes every 30 seconds in the Mirket Mobile App. LDAP users pulled from external sources are listed in the Configuration > Users tab.

You can also select multiple users by checking the boxes next to their names. Then, you can send a verification email to all selected users at once by clicking the "Send Provision" button or delete them by clicking the "Delete Selected Users" option. Note: You can only delete passive LDAP users.
