General Settings
You can access this page from the Configuration > General tab. On this page, you can manage general settings on Mirket.

Company Name: The field where your company's name is entered. Admin Set Password Timeout: Defines how many hours the password reset email sent to the admin account remains valid. Admin Verification Timeout: Defines how many hours the verification email sent to the admin account remains valid. User Set Password Timeout: Defines how many hours the password reset email sent to a user account in Mirket remains valid. User Verification Timeout: Defines how many hours the verification email sent to a user account in Mirket remains valid. MFA Bombing Attack Protection: Period defined against brute force attacks for mobile notifications. Default SMS Provider: Sets the default SMS provider used for testing. Mail Language: Specifies the language for Set Password and Verification emails. Time Zone: Determines the time zone used by Mirket. Phone Country: Sets the default country code when creating a local user. Manual Provision: When enabled, Set Password and Verification emails are not sent automatically when a user is created or imported from LDAP; they must be sent manually. When disabled, these emails are sent automatically.; Username Case Sensitivity: Specifies whether the username is case-sensitive. Password Policy: Defines password requirements for user and admin accounts, including minimum character length, and mandatory use of numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and special characters. Turn On/Off Remote Support: Controls access to tenant portals in your account list. When enabled, you can access the portals; when disabled, access is restricted.
