User Portal Management

You can access this page from the Configuration > User Portal tab. On this page, you can manage all your settings in the User Self-Service Portal.

You can enable or disable the desired authentication methods in the User Self-Service Portal and specify the default authentication method.

You can edit Forbidden Passwords, Password Expiry Reminder, and Settings features from the Manage button on the top-right corner.

Forbidden Passwords: You can specify the passwords that cannot be used in the User Self-Service Portal. When users change their passwords, they cannot use any passwords listed in the Forbidden Passwords section.

Password Expiry Reminder: You can notify users about their password expiration and specify how many days in advance they should be alerted. Note: The user will be notified daily starting from the specified number of days before the password expires and will continue to receive notifications until they change their password.

Settings: In this section, you can enable or disable the Personal Question Requirement option for users who have forgotten their password.
