User Portal Login Page
In the User Self-Service Portal, end users can change and reset their own passwords.
To access your User Self-Service Portal, you must use the domain name from your email address. Example: "https://domainname.mirketsecurity.com".

After successfully entering your username and password, then Personal Question screen will appear.

On this page, select a Personal Question, enter your answer in the 'Your Answer' field, and click the Save button. Then MFA Method screen will appear.

Select your preferred authentication method to log in to the User Self-Service Portal and proceed. Once you have successfully completed the chosen authentication method, you will be granted access to the User Self-Service Portal dashboard.

What Should User Do When Forgot Their Password?
If an end user forgets their password, they should click on the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen.

On the following screen, they must enter their username to initiate the password reset process.

Next, they need to answer their personal question and proceed.

On the next screen, the user selects their preferred authentication method to continue.

After successfully completing the chosen authentication method, the password reset screen appears. Here, the user must create a new password while following the specified password requirements and avoiding prohibited passwords.
Finally, the end user should click the Set Password button to complete the process successfully.

What Should User Do When Their Account Blocked In AD?
If an end user makes too many incorrect logins, their account will be locked in Active Directory. In this case, the end user should follow these steps to unblock their account:

First, the end user should click on the Unblock Account option on the login screen.

On the following screen, the user whose account has been locked enters their username and proceeds.

Next, the blocked user must answer their personal question to unlock their account and proceed.

On the following screen, the MFA Method screen will appear. The blocked user needs to select their preferred authentication method to unlock their account and proceed. Once the user has successfully completed the chosen authentication method, their account will be unlocked.
